BEWARE - If your item or tool is of any use to them at the shop THEY WILL USE IT - My expensive tool that I had put in a couple times had been used while in for LOAN. I had this in and out over a slow year as the item was worth it but I needed to pay employee's. We kept excellent service records and tracked the hours the tool had been used. We received it back used, i.e. more hours on the tool then when it was put it. Someone had tried to use it incorrectly and one small item was not put back. There's just no trust. -- I like pawn shops and yeah they are helpful in that time of need. I rarely speak out like this. I just couldn't believe it at the time. Unfortunately an necessary EVIL - Find somewhere else to go to get a loan on useful stuff or take and keep an accurate record!!! It wasn't worth the hassle saying something. I'll just take my business else where and advise anyone who can there are plenty of other pawn shops close to public transport. Other than a generally pleasant experience this last interaction was just wrong.

chris i think his name was. terrible attitude, no people skills. i just stared on my phone for the duration of that very rude experience. wont be coming back not even to shop.

staff were very rude bought an Asus laptop (which works great) staff had no knowledge about the hardware.anyway onto the laptop so far works reliably no issues slightly laggy but that's to be expected for a low end pentium braswell n3710i'd hate to be selling something to these guysgo to Morayfield if you want a better customer service

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! If you have a problem with electrical items , they will laugh in your face.

The old Cashies site at Toombul was much, much better than this new Virginia store.The new store feels clinical, not to mention it's further out of town, and has nowhere near the same level of stock as Toombul, despite what the staff tell you.When I told one of the staff how disappointing it was they'd moved and the fact they had way fewer items, she became defensive, bordering on being quite rude. They used to have shelves filled with loads of DVDs, now there are only a handful. Her response was it wasn't disappointing for the people we sold them to when we moved".Whatever...With this kind of customer relations

Items sold in web shop from toombul are poorly handled twice i brought . Twice a waste of time as not listed correctly or sold on pick up . On pick up drive poor management we will get back call you back sorry . Read the reviews . Seems google australian consumers understand waste my time toombul here my review dodgy quick sales quick flicks even if you've paid . Sort it out .

I went in a few weeks ago to sell my old fitness watch & pay off the new one I was purchasing & I knew I would get under sold a little bit because the company needs to make some money, but offering me $20 then re-selling it for $119, what a joke! I don't know why I'm shocked but it really goes to show just how much care there is for your customers & just goes to show how much the company rips people off! Some people come to you when desperate & need help & if this is what they can be met with then I feel sorry for them. Wish I could do less then 1 star.

I love going to this store, they are always friendly courteous and always ready to assist. Have always giving me great advice. A++++
