Brumby's Upper Coomera

Just visited brumbys for my morning coffee.Despite the sign saying they were observing Covid restrictions, and wearing masks, the lady making my coffee was not wearing one.When I asked why, I was told that they don't have enough masks.The store is next to a supermarket, and across the road from a chemist.Needless to say, I cancelled my order.

Sent my daughter in to get a pie a mushroom pie a sausage roll and 4 pig in a blanket and 2 sauces all this came to $26.60. My daughter was given no receipt so I could not see what was charged for what. Then to top it off to go with a lot of other reviews on here that I noticed you don’t reply to was the pies were cold.

Friendly service and the best coffee I’ve had in a very long time

Went to Brumby's Coomera for a large flat white this morning and walked away with coffee flavoured milk. A lady, who I assume was the manager, was teaching a young girl how to make the coffee. Unfortunately for the poor girl, and for me, she had a poor teacher. There was no dispenser so coffee was spooned into the percolator, and upon leaving and tasting it was clear that there was nowhere near the two shots required. I went back in to inform them that the coffee was weak and was told by the delightful manager that I would have to pay for an extra shot! This lady was rude, abrasive, and overly familiar (calling me mate repeatedly) throughout my extremely unpleasant visit. I won't be going back and I'd advise you to avoid also. Is it possible to give zero stars?

Service is average, brought a coffee and received half a cup of froff.

Visited to buy bread, looks like new owners. Was met by an unfriendly hello from an older lady. After moving things in the back went about getting my loaf without gloves.. sweaty dirty hand handling food, where are your standards.. we won't be backUpdated to 5 stars the staff have changed procedures.

Pies cold again! Thought it was a one off thing last month. Luke warm pie again today. This is a good safety issue. I threw the pie away, again, as I have no idea how long it's been held at this temperature, which is obviously not above the danger zone for holding hot food.

Not impressed with 2 Vanilla Slices purchased 6th May 23. todayPastry or shoe leather, still deciding.

Food was stale, Australia day cup cakes were really bad, hard as rocks and alot of flies in the shop. Had atleast 10 in the display cabinet where the food is kept.
