Helpless. My mother in law received job seeker. Her provider told her go to English school to meet a point target. And she went to school 3 days a week.Centrelink sent her a message saying her payment on hold because she doesn’t meet a requirement, need to contact her provider to fix a issue. She call him, he blamed her and tell her come to see him. When she comes, he said he doesn’t have any responsibility to fix it. He told her come to Centrelink. Why he didn’t tell her go to Centrelink on the phone. Why he ask her to come and didn’t help anything.I think his job is helping a people get enough points target based on their circumstances. But he didn’t explain to my mother in law what she needs to do. He changes his words every appointment.I am very disappointed.

I was with global skills for a period of time then I was given a new agent to help me and I got a job and within the first five weeks was promoted to leading handThank you Linda I cannot recommend anyone better

Staff complained about their process being a hassle .. it's your job? seriously.

It takes 1hour 47 minutes to get there from my location not helpful just looking after them selfs

The worst job seeker in Western Sydney, very rude and unprofessional. The using clients and dirty trick money from government. Government should investigate these dirty office.

front desk, at times nice and welcoming, most times really rude and disrespectful, very stubborn and demanding, office itself is very dirty and untidy. workers dont help you and very unprofessional.

Good place, very helpful, friendly staff.

Maybe invest money in me and let’s start heading towards a new venture would be better off
