I was contacted by you to advise that my electricity would be off from 8.30am to 4.30pm today for maintenance. It never happened and no text was sent to advise of cancellation. Also, this is the second time it has been cancelled now. You need to text customers as soon as you know you are cancelling as people make plans based on no electricity all day.

I have been 24 hours without power and was promised someone would come by 12am to turn it on. No one has come to turn the power on... Nice to know I've been forgotten about.

Unfortunately there is no zero star option.Abysmal. Reschedule visits in isolation. Don't engage the customer.2 days off work waiting for these jokers to turn up.Wish someone else offered this service in the ACT.

Evoenergy power outage, notice given Friday arvo we must pay private electrician to confirm meter board safe and let them know, or can't turn power on. On w/end?! Ours is certified safe, No assistance or support offered, won't contact ACT govt, no questions re medical needs. Lack of service, no duty of care, very poor experience bpathetic response.

Brown outs, random power outages, scheduled outages for maintenance that don't end up occurring, and you are only informed 3hrs later, and to top it off, bad customer service representatives who like to provide highly useful information like your not the only house experiencing this outage"... Isn't it amazing that a company with no other market competition is so awful!"

Unplanned outage again today. Pathetic. Every time there is a planned outage, its to maintain or improve their network. After almost 30 years in the same area the network seems to get worse with each outage, not better. An off-grid system would me more reliable.

I tried for an hour to get through to the outages line after a storm to report a visable infrastructure fault. I know it was a bad storm, but there is no real way with how the phones are set up to report the issue to help out without staying on hold (which I did for an hour). They need an option just to report visable faults.Hi Lauren, thanks for the response. I was still on hold trying to help out. Surprised I got a response quicker here than via the hotline. Sent the details through.

I called this morning at 9:06am for help with a poor possum that had electrocuted itself on the power lines. By 11am Evo Energy had been out and removed the possum.
