Walked in and was basically ignored for a good 5 minutes after trying to get the man's attention - Never caught his name.I asked if he had any flash books, he proceeded to say 3 separate times that only he is allowed to look at them, even after I clearly expressed that I understood and respected that and began looking at the wall art.He was very rude throughout the interaction, and made no attempt to perform actual customer service.Won't be getting tattooed by someone who won't even greet potential customers.

I don't know which artist I had, as he never introduced himself. He has been tattooing for other 30 years apparently and I trusted him with my first tattoo, A budgie for my nan on my ankle. Safe to say I am so disappointed, I've had people even ask what it is. He didn't tattoo deep enough and within the day my ink had spread, the black into the yellow of the 'birds' beak. He didn't do any solid black and the shading, isn't really shading, I can see defined lines. He changed the design without asking me and put brown in the background when he said it was going to be shaded and coloured in the circles around the bird in pink, when they were meant to be grey, again without asking. He refused to give me a break because he was 'on a roll' so i had one 1 minute break about 10 minutes in and after an hour i asked if i could have a smoke. He responded with 'you have your whole life to smoke, this tattoo is more important', and then ignored me after i told him i needed a break or he would say nearly done. It was a 2 hour tattoo and, i repeat, my FIRST. He then took off 50 from the original amount of 300, without me saying a thing. He knows he stuffed up.I do NOT recommend this place at ALL

My husband originally made an appointment and paid the deposit but decided he didn’t want it so we had asked if we could change the appointment to myself and he was fine. My experience with Luke was great. He was professional and he done an amazing cover up job!!!

Luke is an amazing tattoo Artist. He has done all my tattoos and he has been super professional about it. Lovely place. 100% recommend him to my friends

Saw an older guy there, Luke, he got a little difficult when trying to show him exactly what I was after, he wanted to do his own thing. He also went for a cash grab, overcharged and made way too many mistakes/messy parts for what you'd expect at shop price.I returned , asked the owner to clear up what had been done but was given a foul, unprofessional, punk attitude. He cleared up a small portion of it and did some extra ink I requested which came out very good but still there is a huge! lack of professionalism here, I wouldn't go back!
