Attended back in May 2021 so this is a late review but Paul at Barclay Thomas was an excellent teacher that made the whole learning process fun with jokes and easy to learn with his safety work methods in both the classroom and on the forklift. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking at getting their Forklift license in the future as this is the perfect place to learn.

Where do I start!!!This forklift training and assessment was a 3 day course, in this time I was shown the ins and outs of a forklift. I did not have any experience but needed this Certificate for my work place.The Assessor and trainer Paul was very helpful and informative, giving the perfect training I needed for my job!Great location** FREE tea & coffee** Amazing commutation** Hands Down best trainer**Would highly recommend this course to ANY one that is looking at getting their Forklift license.

I think this place is really great to learn as a foreigner who has trouble with English. Paul was really knowledgable and experienced and taught me a lot and Carol had a lot of patience with me while I sorted out my ID issues. Thank you guys :) - Lee

I was incredibly picky when choosing which training organisation to go with for my forklift course and I am so SO glad I chose Barclays! Paul was one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure of being taught by and was an excellent communicator! Had trainer Paul attend our premises he and was not happy from the beginning as he had to start at 6am. His attitude was noticeable with our staff members as well. Did not go through questions with applicants, left them to their own devices and subsequently failed them. He was just not the happy chappy other reviews have left.
