Steve from Burnside absolutely delivered 5 star service. He was extremely knowledgeable while explaining the washers and dryers' functions and features in addition to giving his advice and recommendations. If that alone wasn't enough he did everything he could when my partner and I were having problems using our gift cards to process a few large purchases. This included multiple attempts of processing the cards at different terminals, calling IT, taking down our numbers and emails to follow up. Then taking the problem up with higher ups. Absolute gem, please promote him. That man deserves a raise

Jackson's customer service was exceptional. I asked Jackson to review the price and within 30 seconds, he proactively did a price match, brought the price down and was able to pay for it on the spot (skipping the general queue). Experience was seamless, efficient and exceeded expectations. Jackson's a legend!

My product was faulty x2Logitech z623No fault of JB tho.But the staff were amazing.Literally so helpful and polite. Man if every shop treated their customers like this we'd achieve world peace.I didn't get their names, but they worked on new years day 2023 and the 2 days after.Thanks for your helpI've ordered a different model from your website. I was shopping for a laptop and Freddie provided outstanding customer service and advice. He really knows his stuff about computers and points you in the right direction. Will definitely come back to shop at this store in the future.

Absolutely amazing service!Went to the watergardens store and walked out, was absolutely discusted with the service and so glad I did because as soon as I walking into the Burnside store I was greeted by the security guard on the door. Big smiles and such a cheerful mood. I went in having an idea on what phone I wanted, was served by Ryan and I cant thank him enough for taking the time and effort Into to my sale, so friendly and helped me understand the phone I just brought. I definetly will be returning if I ever need to go to jbhifi. Staff that processed my payment were amazing aswell. Super friendly work family!

Was in a pickle of a situation regarding the purchase of several Samsung Frame TV'S, the staff the morning of 31/1/23 were a major help in resolving my problem.I was nothing short of complicated in my transaction request and although unconventional, I was catered for.Much Appreciated!
