Could not be happier with this course. Tayla is a wealth of information and I went into my first birth feeling calm and knowledgeable. It was great undoing all the fear people tell you about child birth, knowing that if things didn't go to our plan, that it would be okay and we could still have control of our birth. Tayla is kind, friendly and so so helpful, always happy to answer our questions even postpartum

Tayla's positive Hypnobirthing course completely changed both my partner and I's mindset going into birth. I now feel completely prepared and empowered within myself and my bodies capabilities. My Partner feels like he has all the knowledge and tools to be able to assist me throughout my birthing day. Tayla is a kind hearted person with the advantage of being a midwife full of knowledge and experience, she is ready to answer any questions you have with a range of examples and scenarios to ensure you leave the day without any of the fear you walked in with.

My husband and I took part in the Hypnobirthing course with Tayla in preparation for our second bub. Even though we had been through a birth before, we learnt so much and it really helped us to prepare mentally for our second birth. I found many of the techniques useful in staying calm leading up to the day and was able to make more informed decisions once the day arrived. We liked that the course was in person with other parents (to be) and felt the course was well paced considering it covers a lot of information. I would definitely recommend this course to others, I wish I had done it in our first pregnancy! Thanks Tayla :)
