Often it’s overwhelming when looking for a bond cleaner but I’m so glad I chose to use Johnny Bond cleaning. The quote pricing was clear and there was no unexpected fees. In the quote Johnny also included additional costs that may be charged if the apartment required more cleaning than expected. On the day of the clean I met Johnny to check the apartment and he was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone cautious about those unexpected costs at the end of your bond clean. The team did a fantastic job and will definitely use them again.

Johnny did a fantastic job of bond cleaning for our end of lease in November 2022. Our real estate agents were extremely pleased with the state of the apartment, who tend to be very picky even just with routine inspections. We had no issue getting our full bond back. He was transparent about cost and was accurate with quoting. His prices fall in the middle of the market, but he provides a superior service. Don't trust cheap providers. We would absolutely use him again!

This guy works on his own so I’d rather give my money to an individual than a faceless company where the employees can’t be bothered and don’t turn up. Johnny was friendly and reliable and I’d highly recommend him. I will use him again myself.
