Hello everyone I have been using the services of Simply Spotless for about two years now for all of our end of tenancy cleaning for our holiday apartment in Melbourne. Were very responsive and detailed in their estimate. Very reasonably priced for a big house including steam cleaning. 2 cleaners came and they did a excellent job, and we received out bond back in full with nothing extra needed from us.

I used Simply Spotless for an end of lease clean - the initial clean was not done well, there were major spots missed and we had to call the cleaners back immediately. They returned within an hour and then did clean the spots they missed initially.The admin team was very understanding and apologetic about this and offered a small partial refund as compensation without me asking for one - for this they get a full 5 star review.

Simply Spotless were an excellent selection for cleaning our house after we moved out. It was lovely to leave the cleaning in their able hands after our exhausting moving day. They cleaned the house flawlessly from top to bottom and did an excellent professional job for a reasonable price. All the things was spotless and was clean and fresh. The oven was perfect. I would highly recommend Simply Spotless for any type of cleaning job.

This was the first time when I got an company who gave me hassle free while I am busy moving house. My real estate agent proposed them to me and I see why. Nothing was missed and both cleansers were so professional and friendly. Which is not usually the case with cleaners! Worth every money!!!

Job well done! Simply Spotless team booked in my end of vacate cleaning a few days before the cleaning. On the day the team could come early which worked perfectly well for me and they were completely ready waiting outside the property at the time they booked. The clean was done deeply and with the standard required by the real estate agent. The cleaning work exactly the list of items needs to be done & also done few items free of cost & help us move some furniture out too. I do highly recommend Simply Spotless guys!
