Two bikes were sent to repair on 30 Sep, picked them up and ride just as new one. All the staff is so friendly. Mr. Michael is a young super mechanical, he first gave me the quote, the second day offered another a bit higher price quote, showing his careful check and solving thoroughly, safety is more important. The price and quality is trustworthy. No wonder this shop is always busy, open 7days a week.

After calling 99bikes - online customer service they located the last left hand brake lever in stock nationwide at the Phillip store. Sure enough it was there, super stoked with the service from Phillip store, rang yesterday arvo and arrived 230pm today on the Central Coast. Legendary team effort - thank you so much

Staff are welcoming from the moment you walk in the door.There are a vast array of bikes on shelves, a variety of tyres from Schwable and others, a good range of riding accessories including gloves through to mobile phone clips and headphones.They will change a tube for you very quickly whilst you wait for a small and reasonable service fee of $10 on top of the tube price.They even have second hand parts so you have the option of saving a bit of money also.Parking is available along the street front, with more available in the nearby Phillip market place vicinity where KFC, Petbarn, the Salvos stores and other stores are located

Their website is easy to navigate, their email communication is prompt and helpful and, most importantly, their customer service in the shop is first class.
