You will be offered an exchange ONLY.I had purchased 2 handbags because I was undecided which was preferable as a gift, on the understanding I could return one of the two (within 28days).But this turned out to be untrue. No refund. Only Exchange I was politely informed.I called their Customer Service number to confirm that this Is company policy.“Harbour Town is an outlet store & marked-down goods are not refundable” I was told.The best I could be offered was an exchange Voucher .....which had to be used “within 28 days!”Perhaps customers need to be made very aware of this when they purchase - read that very tiny Small Print on your receipt because it’s certainly not displayed anywhere in the store.
