Great service, on time and experienced. Although my fridge couldn't be fixed due to motor burn out, the technician was helpful and prompt assisting me with paperwork for an insurance claim on the motor. Julie in the office is very pleasant and helpful. Good service all round,

Our fridge stopped cooling. Searched the internet, found Rule Refrigeration with a 5-Stars rating, and I'm glad that I picked them! Diagnosis of the problem and the repair was done efficiently and effectively by Paul. He explained the problem and what repair was needed very clearly, including a measure to avoid the same defrost problem occurring again. Paul is a gentleman, a friendly and cheerful bloke who contributed to brightening my day. I have no reservations in highly recommending Paul and Rule Refrigeration. A++

I thought Paul was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my fridge no problems and didn't waste anytime. He was on time and helpful and Julie was amazing back in the office. A great service I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stars for you guys. Great service

Amazing and quick service in our time of need, years of industry experience make all the difference, Paul quickly resolved our issue with our 11 yr old F&P fridge and we had a good giggle too! Great guy, great service and reasonable price considering our alternative (buying a new fridge!).Since we’re in ‘covid-19 mode’ I have to say please consider his health & safety. Provide easy access (open/close the door for him, provide hand sanitizer if poss etc).Thanks again, stay safe :)
