Excellent excellent excellent. Liezel from Gladstone gave me an excellent customer service. I traveled from Melbourne and forgot my mask and hose. She offered to loan me the masks and hose and also offered to pick it up from the hotel as the shop was closed during new years' public holiday. Super super impressed.
