Worst Customer Service I have experienced in years, slow service & orders consistently being wrong, charged for product ordered but not received, have bought this to their attention a few times......but nothing changes

I have gotten a stomach bug and I swear to god food poisoning from this place.I work around the corner and this is the only shop I'd eat from other than Coles and Woolies cooking for myself and family.Do not trust them.
