Roma was closed!! And you would or should know!!! so ordered from you ~ NEVER again ~ truly the worst pizzas I've eaten, bland, doughy base, tasteless topping truly a miserable experience. I'd rather starve........Shut up shop

Ordered via doordash where a delicious looking simple margherita pizza was displayed.It boasted certain ingredients which I did not receive, now based on the photos in other reviews I have no idea whats gone wrong here but I think its pretty horrible.

This place use to be amazing the last few times we have ordered they have gotten our order wrong, simple instructions that they cannot follow even after calling them we were ignored completely. We asked for extra peri peri sauce on multiple occasions which every time has came with NO SAUCE when going into the store the male manager was very rude and requested a extra $2 for sauce which we advised had a absolutely Noooo problem in paying. This will be our last time we ever order from this place again. See you bye

My family loves your pizza, we usually order your pizza every week , but we will no longer be ordering as tonight we waited an hour and a half for our delivery that never arrived. We tried to call 3 times and nobody answered , I drove the 3 minutes down the road to your store to see what the problem was. The gentleman informed me that it was out with the driver. He was no apologetic at all. I asked for it to be cooked immediately as my family was starving. Another employee said that my exact order was there on top of oven. This experience is not acceptable, 1 st of all the lateness, no communication or answering of phones, and a manager who lies to customers not a Buisness I want to spend my money with. So sorry to inform you of this , but you need to know where your Buisness is failing you.Btw I manage and work in the in the industry and have a realistic and sympathetic attitude toward staff and service.

No idea what’s happened to this place but it seems to have gone down hill. Pizzas were incredible in the beginning. We just ordered the usual meat lovers and John special and both were so bad. Very few toppings and the topping were oddly only around the centre of the pizza not the outside. Need to find a new pizza spot,

I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate wasting money. Most probably the worst pizza I've had. Base felt/tasted like premade bases you buy in supermarkets, sauce was too sweet and rich, pizza overcooked. Won't be back.
