Took my car to them while I was travelling interstate with my little baby after my car broke down.The mechanics put the diagnostic tool through the computer, checked my oil and water and then charged me $50 to tell me that nothing is wrong with the car, the next day in Sydney the same thing happened again.I had to fork out another $300 to connect with roadside assistance, who then came out and ran his alternator tester, which read that the alternator was only putting out 9.5v.I am shocked that the mechanic would charge me $50 to tell me nothing at all is wrong with my car, only for me to break down again the next day and have to have another mechanic come and tell me what is ACTUALLY wrong with it!So I wasted 4 hours and $50 in Kempsey, thanks for NOTHING!IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

New car 5000km service $255 oil change and couldn’t get an oil filter and wanted to charge me again to order one and fit it. I’m new around here and if anyone takes there car to this guy u r seriously seriously getting ripped off. I wished I’d driven to port Macquarie to the dealer now. Oh which I now have to fork out another $280 plus fuel to get there because Andrew can’t do his job right. So about $600 for an oil change and filter he has cost me. Useless!!!!!!!!!
