Customer service is seriously lacking. Made mistakes on previous orders and never apologised and had audacity to put the blame on me.Other than that, the food is decent. Just stay away from management.

I had just paid for my order when a girl came out from the back room with her lunch baguette, adding more chillies straight into her half eaten bread, using the tongs back and forth between the bread and the box of chillies.I said to her “I hope you don’t put them back” but the chillies were already contaminated from her eaten baguette since I saw she did it twice. She looked super guilty but said no nooo, looking at me really angry for blaming her.Won’t come back again after this experience.

My experience of their service over a few visits has been disappointing at best. On a previous visit, I questioned the cashier about price increase at the counter that was not reflected on the board. She offered no explanation and charged the new" price anyway. That was a few months ago. Went back again yesterday and noted that the board no longer has any prices listed. How dodgy!"

I BURNT my wrist in their shop. I was waiting in the casher lane and my hand touched the hot cabinet and it burt and now I have a big red mark that I had to keep under the water. No sign and no protection. Be super careful especially if you have kids.

Bad Experience!!Ordered their Rice Paper Rolls and Chicken and Prawn Laksa with a drink via UberEats. They forgot to put the drink in the bag, then tried calling on the number they have provided to notify them, rang for more than 5 times no body picked up!Rice Paper Roll with Chicken. The chicken had a weird smell that almost had me vomiting. Had to spit out whatever I had chewed immediately.The laksa wasn't so good either.

What the actual f... Just ordered a banh mi as I need a quick lunch to go. No pricing on the menu wall, but how expensive could banh mi be right? $13 later!!! $13!!! That's $5 more than any place I've ever been too, including many of the famous/ highly rated places around Sydney. Shameful gouging with no warning of prices until you pay. Banh mi was ok, but certainly nothing special.

I NEVER leave negative reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it.I've eaten here 5 times. 2 of the 5 times my VEGAN order contained meat. I was given MEAT spring rolls, and I ordered a vegan baguette that had MAYO and PATE all over it.Once is a mistake, twice is negligence.I just ate the baguette, and only realised it was covered in meat when I was almost done. I'm highly allergic to meat, and will be throwing up imminently.Thank you

I never leave bad reviews but my expectations of Eat fuh are high as the one in Chatswood is always 10/10. However the Mosman one has let me down most times. The tofu and vege fuh/Laska has one vegetable if you’re lucky and the broth is alwyas cold and I have to heat it up - would be easier to just make my own laksa coz I end up adding vegetables .. otherwise it’s just noodlesIt’s a shame coz I know how good the other ones are!

Very anti sanitary, a worker does not wear gloves and even when they do wear them, they touch money and then prepare our food.
