Exceptional service from beginning to end from the whole team at Prance. Georgie in the Frankston showroom knows every product inside out and was able to advise with expertise and efficiency. The installers were very precise and careful and did a stunning job. The quoting was clear and reasonable for the quality of the work and reliability. Prance were able to help us with excellent contractors who removed the old floor efficiently and ensure the necessary preparation was done before the new floor went in. We are really glad we went with Prance and have no hesitation recommending them.
