Andrew and his team did a wonderful job on our extension and renovations at our Culburra Beach holiday place. Quality and pride in his team's work was very evident as well as offering suggestions where improvements were possible. We couldn't be happier and genuinely recommend his services to anyone.

Andrew was our builder, at first was helpful and understanding with our ideas.As time went on I noticed that most of the work was done by his carpenters.Like concrete work, roofing and other work. I found the work average at best as I do a lot of renovation work in Sydney and south coast. The site is still not completed and Andrew won’tgive me a completion date, even when he said if all his team arrived it should only take 3 days.Now we have reached out to a legal team to take over this matter.I also paid for a building inspection by a license building inspector. Some of Andrews work especially the concrete work, has came back as unacceptable and substandard work.I have also filed this matter with NSW Fair Trade.I am happy to share all facts with photos and correspondence with the builder.My advice is, put everything in writing via email and make sure you ask for quotes for any additional work as Andrew believes he should do the work and you pay it.I know nothing always goes perfectly in a build, but Andrew seems to be a very spiteful person.Never again.Andrew Spinelli construction response to my post.He sounds understanding, now this is the real Andrew.This is one of Andrews emails below.When you took the keys from the storage shed without permission on the 22nd August and did not return them for a week, They were returned with a key missing. Andrew and his team have done multiple projects on our property. From complete ensuite and internal structural changes to outdoor decks and pool pergola. Not only is Andrew reliable and professional, his trades, such as plumbers, plasterers, electrician and painters, all follow his example. He uses local trades and suppliers too, which we love. We have never had the need for callback and his workmanship is faultless. He leaves the site clean and tidy at the end of the day.Andrew will be back to do our next project soon - we highly recommend Spinelli Constructions.
