Good products but the advertised price at Shepparton HS. It turned out to be different from what I was charged. After a few arguments with the rude elderly service woman, had the price reduced to the advertised. Why ????

I’d give a 0 star rating if I could. After driving an hour and a half. I tried returning a faulty product I brought less than a week ago and when I walked up to the registers. The young man behind the counter wasn’t much help as he started mucking around with another employee who had just walked over. The lady next to him, who I assume was the manager was rude and couldn’t get me out of the shop quick enough. Very rude service and definitely won’t be coming back!

No staff travelled 60ks after ringing to see if they had electric throw rugs when I got there told to go right to the other side of the store then told by disinterested staff SOLD OUT!!! wish they could have told me that on the phone never again

I generally don't like too acknowledge a business in a negative but I don't go to Harris for the customer service. The stocked products at good prices encourage me to shop. Our recent electrical kitchen goods, thankful worked when we returned home. No initial greeting from server, she proceeded to drop 2 of our purchases off the bench, no intentions of speaking to us, handled our goods like we were an inconvenience to her day. Like I said though, products are worth-well an our items worked.

Poor customer service. Purchased an iron to get home and see it had already been put back on the shelf. Only for the same thing to happen due to it not working. When returning I mentioned I’d like to return as it’s doesn’t work, he mentioned so you’d just like to return then another employee walked over and asked what’s wrong with it is it faulty and his response was, no just a return. Back on the shelf again until someone without the guts to return it.
