Absolutely recommend this place, I am very new to guitars and the owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking silly questions. I forgot to tell him that I’m left handed but he restrung it the right way for me and was so kind about everything!

We went there just because we were after a last minute xmas present. Bought a guitar, but the salesperson doesnt have equipment to even test if guitar is working. I asked politely if there any chance if they may be able to add a cable for free, since i dont have one. The reply was very rude why do you customers always asked for freebees". Would never ever go back there. Avoid this place when possible."

Absolutely awesome. Every where ive been 12 string guitar strings always come in the same standard gagues. Not here I asked for a heavy set and I got just that and totally pleased with them .Not even some of the bigger stores would have these. Kudos to them .

I went in to get some new strings on my guitar, and it was a great experience. He restrung it right away, and went above and beyond by cleaning up the fret board and adjusting the action to make it easier to play. Now the guitar really sounds great! Very happy with the results! Thanks mate.

Excellent service here always. Having purchased items here in the past for 2 drummers and guitarists, and now having 2 children at home - one decided about 2 hours ago he wanted to take up the harmonica and the other needed to string his guitar - so I ordered online and within an hour both items were at my door! Excellent - thank you - my kids are now entertained! I will have a headache - but that's ok!!!

I took my electric guitar in for what I thought would be a minor fix, but unfortunately was a bigger issue that this store could not fix, not their fault.James was extremely friendly and helpful, and recommended me to a couple of local luthiers, giving me lots of ideas for potential solutions, even sending me more ideas days later!He also didn't charge me at all. It shows they really care about their customers and their pursuit of music at this place, and I'll definitely keep returning here.
