Terrible service. I was hoping I would not have to write a negative review, but I am warning others against using EPM.

EPM team were very easy to work with, kept us up to date with progress from ordering to delivery. Couldn’t fault installation team, friendly, efficient and clean. Jamie even intitiated and had his team complete a job that wasn’t there responsibility but treated as though it was with his workman ship.Would definitely use again and will recommend.

I recently purchased a shed from EPM Shade Sheds and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and their service. The materials used to make the shed (I'm using it as a carport) felt cheap and flimsy and I could tell it wasn't going to last very long. Once they had assembled it, I noticed that it was leaning to one side, which made me question its stability, AGAIN. I reached out to their customer support team" for assistance but the response I received was less than satisfactory. I truly regret spending my hard earned money on one and would not recommend EPM Shade Sheds to anyone. Save yourself the hassle
