Ordered 1.5 hrs in advance, and when we arrived on time, they couldn't even find the order. After a few minutes, they found it and said it would bev3 few minutes. 20 minutes later, we got the order. We at least got an apology.Must say it was worth the wait.

Come to pick up my pizza and all the staff are sitting out the back then I am told they had to remake my pizza. I ordered the new pepperoni deluxe and it had less pepperoni than the orignal so I got a refund and went to Crust. I wouldn't have rated this so badly but I am a local and eveytime I have gone to this store there has always been an issue. Do not order from this store. Senior managemnt needs to do a performance review.

Wow. What is going on...My order 15 minutes after ordered Max time. 2 orders wrong one not made and told computer was wrong only to have order brought out 1 minutes later.One Pizza returned with wrong toppings.

I dont even want to give 1 star. Very bad customer service. I have ordered Pizza online and the product was messed up with lot of sauce and in an irregular way. When questioned, Bridgette was soo rude and her Manager Brendan wouldnt even want to come out to speak. I have complained to the head office and waiting for them to get back. Look at the photo how they messed up the Pizza. Paying 18 dollars for this Pizza and we cant even question them. So bad

The pizza was really nice and generous toppings. The bin was overflowing though and rubbish stacked on top, yet we were the only customers for the 20 minutes we were there

Below average chicken and camembert.Very sad pizza. I counted only 3/8 slices had both chicken and camembert. It was basically a tomato paste, spinach, bacon pizza.Very little hollandaise sauce, very little camembert and very little chicken.Note: I paid extra for pineapple. Not typically on this pizza.
