Studio 11 Pilates

I started Pilates for the first time when Studio 11 Epping opened in September. Antoinette was the first instructor I had :-) I thoroughly enjoyed her class so much I have been going twice a week. I have also had the pleasure of taking classes with Haydee. I cannot praise the instructors enough for the patience and encouragement I have received. The instructors are wonderful and take the time to speak to you on a personal level as well as a professional level. Since doing the classes I have lost 3.2kg and plan to lose more and slim down a little. I will continue on this path and THANK YOU to Studio 11 Pilates for helping me on my journey to get fit in a way that is not too strenuous and is very enjoyable. I love that it is not a strict class and that the instructors make it fun and laugh with you. I recommend Studio 11 Pilates 100%

I’m almost 2 months into my journey with Studio 11. Being a bigger, unfit lady, I was nervous, but so thrilled to be embraced by each and every instructor at Studio 11. Antionette was more than happy to answer my initial q’s and allay my nerves. With a few knee issues, the instructors are always happy to modify anything my old knee cannot handle. I have NEVER been so motivated and excited by exercise. A full body workout, a real sense of achievement, encouragement and satisfaction is what you will get from Studio 11……and if you are like me and trying to make healthier choices, you may even lose 6.1kg just like I have! I have a long way to go, but feel I am on the right path and Studio 11 is getting me off the couch and waking up those muscles, some I never knew even existed! Thank you Studio 11
