I would like to give some feedback on the Bopple app but this seems like the only way.After recently changing over to the Bopple app I turned up to pick up my coffees I ordered. Upon arriving the app said it was still preparing the order yet my coffees sat there on the bench getting cold. This has happened 3 times now. This is the reason I decided to try Bopple as the other was having the same issues. Please discuss with all the stores that push your name out to please be prompt with customer order notifications.Thank you

Easy to use, but the tracking doesn't work, app says your order will be delivered any minute now, and more than 30 minutes and I'm still waiting

I love using this app! Saves me from queuing up and my order is saved so it takes me only a few seconds to order my coffee everyday. Really easy to use app, better than anything I've used before.

I hate queuing up so I use this app errrrday. It's so convenient and a great way to browse new cafes when I'm in a different suburb. Really nice interface as well - you guys did a great job!

Dodgy company that takes your money and never responds to emails, had to raise a bank dispute. Avoid any restaurant using this.

Has taken the money for an order at the local fish n chips, rejected order, said they would refund, its a few weeks later, never got refund and had no response on email. Found their support chat, they claim no fault and to contact my bank. Had to lodge dispute with bank. $100+ now gone! Crooked practices, do not use!

Scam. Took my money, never got order, not replying to support emails.Don't use thisedit: money has been eventually returned. maybe not a scam, but an unfinished app.

They took 95cents from my credit card in spite of not ordering anything. I had to block them.

Use the app to buy something, when I goes missing they make you then follow up with the venue instead of handling that themselves. Won't be using and paying the fee to bypass the vendor again.
