The best service you could find in Mel I reckon. They've saved my Chopard watch from dying, and very very reasonable charge for such an excellent job done. I am so grateful that I chosen their service and will definately recommend to anyone who needs a fix for their be loved watches.

Amazing staff and service. I had a non watch related work. The friendly staff was willing to help me.I really appreciate the time and care they took just to fix a heelstrap buckle to make it re-useable again for me. Highly recommend.

most friendly honest service. had a marc jacobs ladies wrist watch replaced the battery for $24.95 very reasonable. gave a 2yr warranty card.very good work.nice n clean.will be back and can recommend to anyone.

Iam very grateful to Watch care in Doncaster to fix my watch band of my Longines watch which no one other watch maker was able to fix.The service was excellent, quick and honest and cheap.Thank you so much for your service you are amazing. At least I can wear my watch again.

Amazing service.I have a vintage Tudor which required the bracelet to be shortened. After being turned away from two other businesses due to one of the links needing to be cut to be removed, the team at watch care clearly explained the risks (which I was happy to proceed with) and executed works with extreme care. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend taking your watch here.I’ve purchased two leather straps here in the past also. Great selection and variety of prices, quality and styles. You’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for.

The owner was great, he changed my watch battery and pressure tested it right there on the spot so I could see. Plus he gives a 2 year warranty on the battery life - really good deal in my experience.I'll probably get me and my partner's wedding bands engraved by him too
