Ben is very professional and friendly! I didn’t have hot water because the HWS stopped working. He replaced it, and it’s working perfectly. He was on time and had this option where you can track him when he’s on his way to your house! Every time I talked to Ben over the phone, he was very polite! Thanks, Ben!

Hot water service replaced for my mum. Ben has the patience of a Saint! Excellent service, reasonable pricing, prompt and available by phone each time I had a question. Information on options, pricing and recommended hot water unit to suit my mum's needs was delivered in a professional, knowledgeable and understandable way. Ben and Stevie highly recommended. I received a notification when Ben was due to arrive and sure enough Ben arrived on time, which is rare for a trade these days.Communication was excellent. The issue was explained in easy to understand terms and included a demo of the failure with the toilet.The completed job was neat and tidy, but more importantly the leak and sewerage smell was addressed.Reliable trades are hard to find. I thoroughly recommend Ben The Plumber.
