Three Hummock Island Eco Accommodation
We had the perfect holiday on Three Hummock Island...so relaxing and spectacularly beautiful. The homestead is super comfortable, very clean, welcoming and has everything you need. Can't recommend it highly enough!! Taylor and Jesse are wonderful hosts too.

Thank you Jesse and Taylor for hosting us on beautiful Three Hummock Island. So special to be able to visit such a picturesque island and have total privacy. A combination of the amazing beaches, walking trails and comfy homestead made for a perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing place and one of Australia's (and the world's) hidden gems. Imagine an island with some of the best beaches in the world, unspoiled wildlife and wonderful bushland, staying in a gracious old farmhouse overlooking a pristine bay, and then imagine having it all to yourself -apart from shy Albatross, Shearwaters, Sea Eagles, Cape Barren Geese and Forester Kangaroos (and two incredibly helpful caretakers) and you pretty much have Three Hummock Island. About 50 kms off Tasmania's North-West coast, accessible by boat from near Smithton, or plane from Burnie or Lilydale (Melbourne), I can't imagine there are too many places in the world like this. The beaches are either long broad expanses of golden sand like West Telegraph or East Telegraph beaches, or gorgeous bays with rock pools, sand and strewn with large, sculptural red granite boulders, such as Eleanor Bay or Spiers Bay. When so many places you go are either overrun or the same as anywhere else, this is utterly unique. We were there end September / early October and the weather was brilliant. I have been a bit of an island aficianado, and this is the best. One of the most memorable holidays I have had. Andrew
