The staff Chris and Vincent are so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to find a solution to fixing my PA system and custom made a Bluetooth receiver for me. Would highly recommend them!

Walked into Alltronics Joondalup looking for a power pack for my laptop and drone this evening.I was amazed at the customer service Steve, he was really helpful in his recommendations especially at closing time.I think that he should be acknowledged and praised for his efforts a great assets to the team, will be back again.

Shop closes at 5:30pm and I arrived 5:29, door still open but as I stepped in I was very curtly told by the young man, the shop is closed. I said it is 5:29pm and he again abruptly said the shop is closed so I left. This attitude is quite prevalent in Australia as few people are willing to work one second overtime. I did most of my shopping at a competitor that has a shop close by but once the Altronics Joondalup shop opened I decided it would be my preference and the other shop would only be used if Altronics did not have what I wanted. I'll revert to the other shop as my main supplier.
