In a trivia game the question came up What's something you did and really regret?" My wife immediately answered "Build a house with Hedley!" We laughed and I remembered the heartaches from 2018/9 on Bellamy Dr Tolga.After settlement the list of >50 defects (many poor paint/finishings) was signed and agreed to be fixed within 30 days. It took over 6 months! We had to keep hassling to get stuff fixed! Multiple walls filled and repainted
