5 stars for customer service. I only bought a pie from them because I couldn't get a bacon and egg roll. Their Charlestown store do a great bacon and egg roll

Best REAL cakes and little portions of yum! Sure to find lots that will satisfy. Bread is amazing and do a perfect sourdough loaf in varieties.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR! Very bad customer service. Hair in my Oreo Brownie and didn't do anything about it and the cake was very hard and stale. Can't even give spoon and plate to the customer to eat cake.

Staff are very easy to deal with and friendly. Cake was a bit on the pricey end but very tasty.

Monday morning pick up. Beautiful to look at.80th birthday cake.sponge cake was stale.icing was plasted on like thick concrete and gritty sorry to say, it was a total waste of money, unedible.
