Terrible first impression.On my first call 2nd January 2019, the line was busy. I thought that was okay due to the salon just being opened after the Christmas - New Year holiday.I called a second time and a staff member answered and asked if I would mind waiting, I said no problem.They did not put the phone on hold maybe just put the receiver down on the counter?I could hear them making appointments, talking to clients who were paying for services, giving prices to clients and loud blow drying.I waited on hold" for 11 minutes despite hearing staff talking no one seemed to notice that I was there.I hung up and called again twice

Always fantastic service. Friendly staff. Plenty of room sitting between clients. Clean and tidy salon.
