Absolutely unacceptable customer service from one of the female manager and few staff. Contacted few times to query about refund against my order. It's 2 weeks past but still haven't received the money yet. Every time I rang, they put me on hold for long long time and later on no professional service. Now it seems like they are not picking up any call from my number. Called from a different number, they picked up the call and as soon as I mentioned about my refund, Karen said they are very busy, she refused to take a message for the manager even and hung up. What a unprofessional behaviour! Absolutely disappointing.. didn't want to give any star but had to at least one

Clear your diary, you’ll be here awhile. Like sitting on a echidna while on the train from Wollongong to Central. Its long and painful and makes you wonder how you got in this situation in the first place.

Met very rude pharmacist. I asked her whether the product is correct as my doctor advised me but she responded to me very rude and was bad attitude. I feel like she looked down on me. And this is the second time bad experience with the same pharmacist…

security guide is so rude, his communication is very doubtful with customer, feeling uncomfortable while looking things.

Rude and physically aggressive security guard. Walked in to buy round bandaids which they didnt have. Walked out 1 minute after entering and the door alarm went off. Security guard tried to snatch the hemming tape I had just bought next door at Spotlight and was holding in my hand with Spotlight receipt. Wouldnt let go. Had to tug and tug to get it free. Dont touch me or my things. I dont want your coronavirus. Dont restrain me by holding onto my belongings. Dont accuse me of stealing because you cant tell haberdashery from medical. Your security sensors are the problem, not me. Really outraged. Never go there.

Racist Indian security guard .Went in there to get body wash , couldn’t find one, every one was going out with bags but he didn’t check them.but insisted on checking my own bag.What is the bloody cctv for?Asked him if he checked everyone that just stepped out but couldn’t answer.Told him I won’t open my bag , he has to take the bag and check it himself.Fire that Indian man by the door Asap.

Don't bother going here for your medication. I've tried twice (at different times of the day) and both times the wait was over an hour. Even worse, there seems to be no structure in the order they get the medication ready and they do not even call out your name when it is. Even if it is cheaper to get it from here, the money saved isn't worth the time you lose and the frustration you gain from having to deal with it. I won't be going back.

Great range of stuff ! Click & collects can take a while and staff can be a little slow. Scripts are cheap but take forever. Busy area.

My doctor gave me a fax script not an original so I can not get my blood pressure and cholesterol medication. They would not accept my copies and I can not get to the doctor until after the public holiday which can be a week with no blood pressure medication. No help was offered or even a week's dose to cover me I could pay the money! So if I stroke out it's on their heads! No help No empathy! I work 5 days a week this was my only free time!

This afternoon about 3.30 I encountered a very special Asian cashier. She didn't ask if I needed a bag. She put all items on the counter ,waiting me to collect them without any words. I paid by card. She asked me to take the receipt by myself. When I got trouble with the eftpos she ignored it. I prefer to check out via a machine as machine is more friendly than her.
