Great experience today with Bevan in the appliance sales area. Helpful, knowledgeable not pushy at all. I managed to walk in buy my new oven, collect without issue from the warehouse team who were also friendly and efficient. Very happy, worth the drive to the coast!

Very happy with the level of service you get from this store. Every staff member greets you with a smile and a quick G'day, how are you. Daniel and Ash are a true asset to the business, they're very honest and nothing is too much trouble. I live in Maroochydore, but drive to Chancellor Park to buy from this store.

I have always had great service at this Joyce Mayne which has encouraged me back several times , but the service from Corey has been disgraceful. He is arrogant and disrespectful and will lose customers from an otherwise lovely bunch of staff in a great store. Once you over come the strong stench of cigarette smoke oozing from him you will be greeted with attitude and a know it all , hero type attitude.
