Nice friendly staff, and fit out. Food was creative with an Asian twist. Could’ve had a bit of a punch. Overall nice vibe.

Love this cafe. Been there several times only for coffee and finally had breakie which looked at the next table the other day, wanted to try. It was great, the burger. So tasty and crispy. They also have nice coffee too. It's just my personal preference, am not top fan of coffee too sour nor burnt smell. Coffee was nice with great flavor and strong. Recommendable. Sure other food on the menu is good too. Always the one menu simply tells me everything, others will be good too.

You can find the El Nido Cafe at one of the entrances to the Dunes Village Shopping Centre. It is the perfect place to grab a bite on the road [with the service station across the way]. Very popular during COVID-19 with their external takeaway window, which was heavily in use while I had breakfast there.There is limited indoor seating - a bench with bar stools, but outside there are ample tables and chairs. For those waiting for takeaway orders, there is a seating area opposite.Orders are taken/paid for at the counter, and if you have a keep cup, they will ask you to wait and pass it to them to fill and return when your name comes up. The staff work super hard here and are quite friendly.They have a range of healthy pre-made snacks, muffins and wraps/rolls. They have a small 'all-day' menu complete with street food, drinks, and cater to your dietary needs.Recommendation:El Nido Brekky Burger - fried egg, bacon, hash brown, tomato, cheese, spinach, relish, avocado on a brioche bun accompanied by sweet potato fries.*From a local source, I was told their dumplings are incredible.Coffee - they use the St Ali brand, a medium-strength blend, perfect to accompany your breakfast. Like many places around here, they sell their own branded keep cups and other bits and pieces.A great place for a grab and run snack/drink at reasonable prices and generous portions.

They always update their menu with delish new food. I had the most amazing cauliflower soup yesterday. Only negative being there is no table service for ordering, that being said they provide fast service and possibly wouldn't be able to achieve this if they changed their service approach.Also they are one of the only cafes in Torquay that accepts large bookings for breakfast which is great!

Great filipino meals, as well as your standard eggs and bacon! We ended up getting extra takeaway for later on. Coffee was very enjoyable too thankfully!

Asian fusion cuisine with expected standards available. Comfortable outdoor and indoor seating with friendly and helpful staff. Food was interesting and surprising to find in Torquay but not great in flavors, freshness, quality, or value. Highlight was Luzon juice! Over-priced for what is on offer.

Am very new in Greater Geelong -Surf Coast area and I’m impressed to see Filo resto/cafe in Geelong but I don’t want to do the drive there just yet. Then I found this after more searches & not to mention I love Torquay. So, to cut the story… we came first time, then second time then 3rd time in a span of a month! So impressed with the food on offer, good portions & the Filo-taste of pork Longanisa, belly tosino made me think of old Mama’s home cooking… kudos to Danii & her team giving us sumptuous food in this li’l quaint town.Looking at the menu, one can tell that the one who made it really used famous places of the country in their drinks… another proud moment. And off course the coffee is superb… I ended up buying St Ali beans.And the staff are so friendly when their time allows —ready with a smile & recommends with gusto! Definitely coming back with family, friends and mates alike.

This place is absolutely beautiful and full of life, I love the fact that it’s fusion and has so much culture and elements in their food. The staffs were so nice and friendly especially when they ran out of batch brew and made me a brand new one!!I ordered the congee which was delicious it’s like a fat hug for my tummy ! Just what I needed !I will definitely return and try other food from the menu ! I highly recommend this place!

I loved everything about this cafe! First, super easy to park, then friendly staff and then, super cosy atmosphere.Great coffee, and extensive menu!Also, there is a super interesting Vietnamese ice coffee, which I highly recommend. It is brewed in front of you with condensed milk, just super tasty and yummy!Super delicious! Wow!!!
