Really helpful, very friendly. I went in with a walking stick due to injury. I was greeted, helped and assisted from entry to purchase, staff waited on me and brought me pairs to try... Best customer service in a long time anywhere, thankyou ladies

Your staff members need some lessons in common sense and politeness. Whoever was working this morning was the rudest person I have ever met. Don’t be in customer service if you’re going to be an absolutely horrible person. Someone needs to have a serious word with the blonde at the counter. And if you’re somehow the one in charge, please quit.

I would like to say a big thank you to Tara and (Michael?) They were truly helpful, with excellent customer service and great product knowledge. I arrived with 5mins to shop, at no time was I pressured to decide quickly and leave because if closing time.I left feeling very confident with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I now have very happy feet, thank you again. 10/10.

Went on to get some more work gear for out team, and Bek greeted me, and what a knowledge of the produts. She got us sorted with the new range from eleven which was better then what I went in for. She was really knowledgeable and friendly, would highly recommend if need workwear for yourself or the staff.

Have moved into the area recently and needed a few various safety items. Always been met at the store with a smile and a helpful attitude to find what I'm looking for. Recently bought a pair of shorts that have fallen apart from seam stitch, but when speaking to them was able to get a full refund/exchange.Highly recommended.

Staff are extremely rude & unhelpful, stood in line waiting and they served someone else knowing I was there. Asked for helped She took me to the product then walked off instead of giving further help. Never had a good experience with this shop.
