Sigrid was so friendly and helpful when I called to book a service for our kitchen equipment, great price and they went the extra mile to get the job done in a timely manner

Very unprofessional & dishonest organization, my request to all to stay away & do not deal with these people, I purchased something from them which was already in stock (Not exactly what I was after but thought I will get me to work), Then I found an exact size I was after, from another shop I went to return the unopened Item, which I did return & the admin girl at reception said they will charge restocking fee of 10% (Mind that this was not specially ordered, it was off the shelf) she said the refund will be processed in 5-7 days, when I received the refund they had deducted 20% & when I question to their accounts the director sends me an email saying their restocking fees are 25% in fact they did 5% less on my refund, what a deceit, There is no mention of restocking fee on either their invoice or their website. These crooks are expanding now in to whole Australia as per their website, God only save the consumers of Australia, I am going to complaint to ACT Fair Trading as well.

We have had Essential Services attend to fix various kitchen equipment at recent events as they came highly recommended from my Hospitality contacts. Each time they have attended urgently and fixed everything very quickly. We're not sure what the other reviews are speaking about because on every occasion they have been very competent and knowledgeable in this industry to which my industry contacts also agree.

This company is really incompetent and don't know what they are doing. The are con artists.Have been telling me over a year that there is nothing wrong with my freezers and have not resolved the issue.Had to get a technician from Sydney and they advised that the compressors had a fault and need replacement.Find another company and stay away from these jokers.

Many times the person to fix our oven didn't show up, rebooked over and over the lady on the phone is incredibly rude.

Be careful parking your car here, you might find silicone in your door handles.

The owner thinks he has the right to damage your car if you park there. Rude, arrogant people who should treat the general public better when they have a business! Russell you should watch how you treat people karma or someone will get you.
