Tim at BikeChain Australia went above and beyond with customer service. He took my questions about the Bryton Active app right back to the app developers themselves. They gave me enough confidence in the future development of the product that I upgraded my device to a Rider 750, and love it!

First day with my Bryton 750 I was having so much fun I rode 3 times further than usual! I had a few problems setting it up and a few dumb q's, so fired off an email seriously not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to get a quick response that fixed all my issues. Rare to find such great products and customer service. Highly recommended. Thanks folks!

I have owned a Bryton 420 for a year now and being technically challenged Tim was a great help to me early on but more recently I was having an issue with the connection to my Power Pro. Again, Tim was very helpful and we worked through it to find the problem was not the Bryton at fault. The Power Pro has since been replaced by Giant. I have recommended Bryton to friends as being exceptional value for money and now 3 friends also have a Bryton device.
