We took our new BT-50 in for its first service and were fully informed with what is required to maintain Mazda warranty with the first service. I was fully informed on what was included in the service and had been provided with pictures of all the important aspects of the service. Blown away by the professionalism of this company. I booked my 80 series in for a diagnostic as it had been pulling while driving. Unlike most other mechanics I've used, they sent a text detailing their hourly rate for the diagnostic, along with the allotted time for the diagnostic. It was a relief to know the upper side of the cost we would be up for for the diagnostic. After the diagnostic was finished, they sent us an extremely detailed breakdown of the issues, along with photos. A mechanic came and walked me through everything when I picked up the car, including his suggestions on what work to do first, and what work to do together to save labour costs, and what work not to do until other work is done. I know some of the issues were things I've actually had worked on at a previous mechanic not too long ago, but without me even mentioning this, the mechanic told me if we fixed that without doing another part, the issue would just repeat. When I received the bill for the diagnostic, I was shocked at how affordable it was with the level of detail and information they provided. They are a very honest shop run more professionally than any other shop I've been to. Will definitely keep taking my car to them.

Recently had a service and the brakes were flagged as needing to be replaced during the inspection. They contacted us with a quote asking if we would like the work to be completed. Price seemed fair so went ahead with the work. Car drives amazing. I would highly recommend them. Communication was great.

Stated that 1 strut top shaft was slightly worn in my 4x4 when they installed new superpro tophat bushes 2yrs ago at Burnside motors and had no issues with new bushes or struts from then to when brought in just recently, had new springs installed 4 weeks ago and started to get squeaks from the struts on both sides, when investigated there moving up and down 7mm and the bushes not seated correctly and not sitting centre on both sides, washers are running metal on metal with the movement and play now In the top of both struts, tried to let them know of the problem and basically said they want nothing to do with it or fix it and have tried to blame 1 strut shaft being slightly worn as to why both struts are moving all over the place, an absolute disgrace of a company and stay away, they dealt with this issue in the most disgusting way I have ever seen, not even a response even asking to look back over there work in the first place to even rectify their issue, said they have 1000s of customers theough the door still so wasn't worried about fixing their issue on my car, if I knew powercurve owned Burnside motors and they would deal with a issue of their workmanship like this I would have never used them. Stated that my bilstein struts and the superpro bushes they installed 2 yrs ago are incorrect components and not suited to my application as a excuse which i had no issues till they pulled them out and reinstalled at Christmas. Most company's would want to look back at there work atleast even after sending through video and images of the issue I emailed them about the issue but they stated to just buy new suspension which doesn't fix the problem. Do not use this company.

Unfortunately our experience with power curve isn’t positive. We had booked our Amarok in for a tune and reverse setting removal after we had spoken to both reception and mechanics and advised they would be able to complete what we needed we were left very unsatisfied when we found that only part of the job had been completed and the main request wasn’t done. We tried calling the office numerous times and we were advised they would return our call, they were on holidays and would call back when returned or were at lunch….. we are still waiting for the call back. We paid $1590 and have now had to pay someone else $600 to complete the job they didn’t and the job that no one has taken responsibility for…. Needless to say customer service was average.

Took my patrol in with a zd30 blowing soot and a vibration when driving at the 90 to 110 klmh mark on the hi way. Was told to drop it off and they would have 6 mechanics on it first thing in the morning when they start it cold, they would get it on the dyno and put a boost gauge on it. They found a hair line crack in the egr pipe and rang me at 2.15 pm asking if i wanted them to repair pipe to which i said go ahead with the repair. I went to pick my car up at 5pm to be told that repair didn't fix the problem and would have to return in 2 week and they would put it on the dyno to diagnose the problem and check boost pressure and so on which was meant to be done originally that day. So i end up with a bill of $708 in that price was a $35 dollar consumables charge and doubt they would of went through more than a couple of rags.I ended up with no answers just told it might be the turbo but they haven't checked anything, and with the shake in the car probably be the pan hard rod bushes. So out of 6 mechanics not 1 of them could do the simple 5 minute check of the bushes. All in all i feel the price was high for no answers. Had i of had answers i would of excepted returning in 2 week in allowance for the parts to be ordered and time allocation to be fitted. Wont use them again.

A good, reliable, honest, trustworthy operation. I got one of my cars serviced there and now I get them all done, and will for my lifetime!
