Followmont Transport

We sent 4 pallets and 1 was missing from that, and when asked at emerald followmont,lady is telling that we don't know all that, we just check deliveries. PATHETIC SERVICE.

One of the worst freight companies around.Slow, uncontactable and indifferent.Been bad for years and getting worse consistently.

Followmont in emerald would have to be the most unorganised and inefficient freight depot.Not scanning items, items sitting at the depot for weeks undelivered and then having to physically go to the depot to enquire as the phones just ring out.Leave messages for call backs and calls never returned. Improvements on customer service and communications should be a priority, as when you are wanting to track your parcel, most of the time you just want answers and some sort of idea of delivery. Understandable with staff shortages there are delays, but communication with customers is key.As a receiver I have no choice who my senders use. As a sender within the company I work, I now ensure that none of my team use followmont as a carrier and instead use another who are excellent with their communications and deliver all items on the consignment. Multiple times we have used followmont as a carrier for our company and each time there have been split deliveries.

Great service, stayed open after hours to help with out pick up, loaded our heavy items . Just a good experience all the way around.

Followmont Emerald would have to be the most dysfunctional freight companies still in operation. Individually, the staff are nice, but corporately they are hopeless. Deliveries routinely sit for weeks at the Emerald depot, with no attempt at delivery. And then if you rock up to collect, cos it’s taking them too long to deliver (as they’ve been paid to do), they can’t find the items that they’re system has logged in as being present.If they delivered items as they came into the depot, instead of waiting for weeks, maybe they wouldn’t have the issue of losing so many items.

I could honestly not tell you the last time I was so disappointed in a company. My package has been sitting in your warehouse for the last 2 weeks. I have attempted to call the emerald office on multiple occasions, each time not being able to get through. I live an hour away, how hard could it be to deliver a package on time, and the worst thing about it is that I see your drivers in my town atleast once a day. Where is my package?

After delivery was a few weeks overdue and multiple emails and phone calls to find out where item was and rough eta with no reply finally managed to track down had to go collect myself and had forklift driver damage vehicle attempting to load overall horrendous experience

If we could give Followmont a -10 star, that is what they would get. Their service has gone from bad to worse. The amount of parcels that are getting lost, or turning up three weeks late, all damaged and bent is getting out of hand. We closed our account with them long ago because of their inefficiency, but some of our suppliers still have to use them because of location. Their total lack of interest and care is disgusting.

Could definitely improve across all fields.
