If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would.We went for an auction this weekend at a property listed by Ray White Liverpool.We won the auction, but as it was passed we were legally entitled to first negotiation.The agent did not let us negotiation with the vendor, instead went to the other party who lost the auction and sold the property to them.To be clear, the above actions taken by the agent is extremely illegal.This behaviour is absolutely abhorrent and disgusting. Ray White Liverpool has no integrity and no class.Edit to the response from Ray White:As per NSW Fair Trading, it is the highest bidder that gets the first right to negotiate with the seller.We were not given ANY options to negotiate or increase our bid. We were asked to leave after the auction was passed in and would receive a call as the agent could not get in contact with one of the vendors.Extremely shady tactics from your company, it is disgusting and a disgrace to the real estate profession.

Absolute legends!Absolutely cannot fault Catherina and the team at Ray White Liverpool.The service, support and professionalism of Catherina and her team is just fantastic. We really could not have asked for a better agent and team to handle the sale of our property. Catherina really worked her butt off to obtain a great price for our home.We really appreciate all the work Catherina and her colleagues have done for us. Great Experience in working with CatherinaWe worked with Catherina recently to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received offers the first week the house went on the market even though it was a holiday season and she was able to get us a good offer within couple of weeks. Catherina with her marketing skills brought us good amount of foot traffic and brought in serious buyers.
