Great friendly staff and do a great coffee and pie when you need to hit the road.

My granddaughter bought 4 donuts cost $10 and they were stale I would guess they were at least a week old never would I buy anything from this store as they are very rude and arrogant

I would be cautious using the drive through car wash. I went there several days ago and it would not work. Firstly, you have to pay for it in the service station to get a code to access it. Which is fine, but if you don't realise, you need to reverse around a 90 degree bend to get out. I did that, got a code then went to go through the car wash. I went in, it told me to back up, I did, nothing happened! I spent about 10 minutes reversing in and out, going up against the barrier. I even got out of the car to check I was in the right place. I tried to call the phone number listed on their web site, it was disconnected! Eventually, I drove over the barrier and demanded my money back. The young man in office got his manager when I commented about the lack of a phone number, and he tried to tell me that the car wash was working, as another car was using it. I have since heard from people I know in Portarlington, that this car wash has caused problems for other people! He did offer me a free car wash, which I refused, as I live interstate. I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot because I am female!! The car wash is faulty and needs the sensors or something fixed. I will not go back there ever!! I will drive to Drysdale if I need fuel or my car washed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, or -5.9 times out of 10 there is nothing in the pie warmer, 9 times out of ten the coffee machine asks to press a button to put it through clean cycle then says it will take 15 minutes, otherwise it makes a coffee but the first inch that's supposed to be coffee is clear water, or.. the milk is off! This is every time! The one I got this morning made me vomit of one sip and the smell is definitely off milk ( photo attached)The toilets have t been cleaned in weeks, if ever.I called them and asked them to make and try a coffee just now and tell me how it tastes, he said he would but hung up.Easily by far the worst service " station in Australia.The sandwiches are out of date

I came here to buy a chocolate bar.It seems well-stocked, has what is to be expected at a servo (oil, snacks and milk). The petrol prices were reasonable when I was there but they go up and down (as is to be expected when you live here in Australia).The store is pretty clean as well, and the car wash looks good (although I have not used it).Overall, it seems like an okay United.

Great service station and attendants, biggest let down is the tourist and 4wds using the car wash, they have no respect for the car wash, mud splattered everywhere seaweed dumped and rubbish. They come they mess it up they go. Typical of people who don’t live in the area.

Shocking customer service. The staff member stood texting on his phone until I had been waiting at the counter about 30 seconds. Not even an apology, greeting or any acknowledgement. Will be avoiding this place from now on.

Car wash is constantly a bog hole full of mud, you select “high pressure soap” and receive a cold garden hose with no soap what so ever, poorly maintained

Never open at advertised times. States that it's open from 5am on the website and it's now 6:20am and still not open. Car wash is always filthy.
