One of the worst customer experiences that I have ever had. I rang in advance confirming that they had a product in store. I was told yes, when I placed my script, the rude young girl walked off and started serving someone else, when my script was ready (close to $400) it needed needle tips to administer, I was told they had none. What is the point of filling my script if I can't dose myself ? When I asked this question they told me to go to any other pharmacy to get the needle tips. Disgusting service. I will never spend another cent with Chemist Warehouse Logan. They should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

Went into get a prescription and was well looked after by Dong and Elvis! Such amazing customer service and honestly just genuine care for the customers and their job! Thankyou! great too still see amazing good working people.

This chemist put stipulations on when you can pick up medication. It would be nice to be able to access the disabled parking! Would it hurt you to police it a bit to make sure there are spaces for people who need them?

I usually love the products at the Chemist Warehouse, but this Logan Branch is a complete failure. The staff, pharmacists and others are very rude, impolite and gives you the feeling as if you are a beggar not a shopper. I would strongly not recommend this store and ask the head office to bring fundamental changes in here.

Always helpful and knowledgeable staff have been coming in here for over a year now, never had a bad experience in that time. Although it can get busy the staff seem to always be doing their best.The layout and aisles are a lot bigger than most other chemist warehouses, always has a nice clean feel to it.Apraxia shoutout to the lady security guard for always being so kind and not judging people.
