Love the bed but communication needs improving. Ordered a bed frame online. Received a message that would I be notified when dispatched. Visited store as no further communication received and sales assistants again confirmed order. No dispatch messages but found very large box on doorstep. Surely this should have been signed for?

I really appreciated the friendly attention I received without any pressure to make a decision. Really helpful staff who I would recommend to approach to get advice on their mattresses. Easy to park and well presented shop and bed display. Pick up so easy with additional parking to collect mattress. A huge thank you for helping me on all aspects. OMF sure have great staff to showcase their products!

we can all agree that the customer service is great but how about the mattresses?? There was a bit of a mislabelled hiccup with my delivery but it was sorted with ease. The plush mattress I purchased is what I've been looking for, for decades. I wanted super soft as I am a side sleeper and this is the dream come true mattress for me. 5 mattresses prior I was assured at other mattress stores that this was their softest. Nothing comes close to this firm but super comfy, soft, squishy, delight. And it plumps back up when not being used. I've waited for 3 months before posting -to be sure. Welldone OMF <3
