I have never been to Venture Smash Repairs. When will you get it right?

Had some work done previously with this business and I was very happy with their work.I then asked for a quote to get some rust repairs done, and it took a while to get a quote, nearly 3 months, and I had to chase it up regularly.After finally getting the quote, and organising a book in date, I dropped my car in for what I was told was about 2 weeks. After a month that this business had my car, they had done absolutely no work on it, just moved it out of the workshop in the morning, and brought it in at night. It was also not locked up securely.I contacted the owner about this a few times, and was continually told it would get done. There was staffing issues, but it would get done. I always had to be the one ringing them, they never once called me to let me know what was happening.After a month of getting nowhere, I got the car back and was told I'd be first in line once they had staff to do the job, and I was told they'd ring me.After nearly 3 months of waiting, and not hearing from the owner, I called in to see them, as the business looked busy and was working on other cars. I was again told the owner would ring me the next day, which he didn't. After waiting another 3 days I rang and spoke to the owner's wife and was told my attitude was bad, and to take my business elsewhere!As of today, I'm still waiting on a phone call, but I'm not holding my breath. I've moved on to dealing with a more professional business.

Fixed my ladies Camry in good time after a fender bender. You wouldn't even know it had been damaged. Down to earth service from Pete and Sue. Highly recommended.
