Kylie came and did a measure and quote for 2 bedrooms on a townhouse I had purchased and was renovating. I was really unsure about what colour I wanted but knew I definetly wanted block out. Kylie provided great advice on colours. She was very helpful, friendly and professional. The installation was excellent and I love my curtains, and I was quite suprised at how competitive their prices were, espeically in comparison to places like curtain wonderland and InStyle. The communication could have been improved a little bit around delivery times (not Kylies area). I would definetly purchase from this company again if I needed to.

Just had the boys out to put up our outdoor blind. The guys did an amazing job. Very friendly . I would highly recommend I.d. blinds. Left everything clean, neat and tidy. A BIG THANK YOU.

Even though most of the reviews appear favourable, we are experiencing the opposite. Despite the company's statement of a 3-4 week wait for blinds, we waited just over 7 weeks for installation. Then when the blinds were being fitted, the installers noticed one of the blinds was too large. The final measuring by the company made an error in the length of the blind and we now have to wait another 2 weeks before installation. This makes the total time from order to installation around the 10 week mark - a far cry from the 3-4 weeks advertised even though full payment was made up front as they require.

ID blinds have to be one of the kindest, most helpful businesses i have dealt with in a long time. Dianne suggested great design ideas and colours to suit our space perfectly. Leisa and Laura were so friendly and their communication was great! Highly recommend!!
