Repair and replaced cables in our 1993 Jayco Eagle, so we took our Jayco to Bold caravans and four cables were replaced had a little teething problems as one of the cables was getting frayed and eventually snapped took it back twice as it kept happening and Steve worked out the problem and made an adjustment like a little runner with a stationary cable which fixed the problem also they replaced the main cable. So we just got back from our 3 weeks of camping and everything is great! We recently had our new van serviced for the first time by Bold and some warranty repairs which they were recommended by our van manufacturer to carry out. From the first phone call to the completion of the works the service was excellent and the work carried out was of the highest standard. We could not recommend them high enough and will certainly be back for future servicing and any repairs.

I had my Tvan Scout serviced yesterday. I booked in about two weeks ago, I actually drove down to check the place out. I was given a price for the basic service. I told them the problem I was having. I was told that I would get a text 2 days before my booked date. There is good access and clear instructions on where to park for drop off and pick up. Very happy with the work, specified factory parts fitted, with a professional approach from start to finish.

Bold have been servicing and maintaining my boat trailer for around 12 years and it really has been a drama free experience. They are extremely knowledgeable and carry out good quality work every time. They are usually heavily booked due to their popularity so I book in scheduled maintenance in advance. However, I recently had a serious trailer breakdown and Bold slotted me in straight away and had the trailer fixed and ready to go the next day. I had the Tucson ESC, Electronic sway controller fitted to my caravan. I am very happy with the workmanship and the service provided by this organisation although they did not inform me to check the status of the controller on a regular basis. These controllers are mounted on the chassis rail of the caravan. Once installed there is no way of knowing if the unit has passed the self test diagnosis unless you get under the caravan to have a look at the LEDs. Given the importance of this device I feel that checking its status each time you set off is absolutely essential. I did read the Documentation which is why I am aware of this functionality. These devices are very expensive and VERY important safety devices and the controller needs to be mounted in a visible location or have a remote display panel in the caravan or even on the car Dashboard.
