The worst customer service team ever! I have prepaid for 6 treatments based on the therapist recommendation who also advised to get results the 6 sessions will need to be over 6 consecutive weeks! I only did 3 over the 5 weeks period as there was continuous rescheduling hence I decided to cancel and demanded a refund for the remaining 3 sessions! After numerous calls and back an forth emails with customer service I got a reply from a Paulina advising that they would only refund $200 instead of the $300! I questioned it and requested for the area manager to call me and I’m yet to receive that call! It’s been 2 months now and I am yet to receive a reply to my email from Paulina and/or a call from the area manager Claire. Absolutely terrible service and certainly the business does not care about customer satisfaction nor values customer retention!

I payed for the ‘Fat reduction, full stomach’ package for roughly $400 when they had an awesome deal on about 3.5 months ago. I’ve tried booking about 5 maybe 6 times now and every single time THEY have cancelled because;- They didn’t have someone who could perform the treatment-The cord from the machine had broken and they had ordered a new one that would be here the next week (it wasn’t, not even two weeks or two months later)-Now they don’t have the machine?Today, we booked again after waiting yet another month to give them time however again no machine. I’ve spoken with the team a few times about receiving a refund as they do not have the equipment for this treatment and it was the only thing I was interested in however they have a no refund policy apparently despite them advertising and allowing me to buy a treatment (4 actually) knowing they cannot provide it. $400 is not a small sum, especially coming from a single mother of three kids (two being twins) and if I can’t be guaranteed a treatment I deserve a full refund rather than the option to use the $400 towards another treatment with them-especially given I now know they cannot be trusted to tell the truth- why would I was any sort of treatment from them? I’m not risking being told one thing and having another happen.

Jess and Tanya are amazing! Their customer service skills and eye for detail make you feel so comfortable in a bit of an awkward situation. Jess really focused on what she needed to and gave me great advise and listened to what I needed. Tanya helped me when out of treatment and was so kind and caring.Keep these girls. They rock! ❤️

I paid money for 10 session for the laser treatment. As per the staff I did and she said that after 10 session you have to come once or twice a year just for touchup. I finished my session on November 2022. I did underarm, Brazilian and full leg, it was on offer. Whenever I went to do my monthly laser treatment, the staff finished my all treatments in 15 minutes for whole parts (underarm, leg, Brazilian). Now my hair growth on underarm, full leg and Brazilian is even more (three times more) than the normal previous one before laser treatment started. I paid more than $1100 but there is not even 1% results from the laser. The hair in all treated areas started growing after 1 months drastically.

The treating staff member was different every time and they did not seem to agree/understand what each of the other members had done with me. Each of them I encountered lacked in professionalism. I had placed a complaint after my first visit in August 2021 and till date no one has contacted me to resolve the matter. I had prepaid for 4 sessions so had to go back to the service. Very unhappy with the results! What a waste of my hard earned money!!

Not at all happy with my last treatment.Bring back Nicole!I was expecting her to do my last treatment unfortunately I was told that she was no longer working at 'Results'.I will not go back.

Since Results have opened after covid their staff have changed. Not a fan of the new team. They are not friendly and warm compared to Amanda and Nikki, they are also inexperienced but try to project they are.I wanted to get some antiwrinkle injections done but was told by the new injector that she was only trained in injecting the frown and forehead lines. (research is everything!)I also had a micro from Kim and she was just a sour grape. She was rough with my face and dull with no customer service appeal.I have been a loyal customer with results since it opened in Woden but now have changed to Laser Clinic where they are experienced and have great customer service.

I visit results Woden very regularly and can’t fault them yet, I find the staff very friendly, knowledgeable & honest about expectations - they also care about your skin & don’t try sell you a million things that aren’t going to work for you, which I really appreciate - the ladies there are definitely passion driven. I travel from Belconnen to Woden just to have Amanda do my treatments - services A++ & packages are great value for money. Highly recommend using this clinic if you’re looking in Canberra.

I have had skin treatments, laser hair removal and cosmetic injectables done by the girls at this clinic and they are all absolutely amazing at what they do. I would also never trust anyone else other than the cosmetic nurse Niki to touch my face for injectables she gives you such a natural look and does exactly what you ask for and all the girls are very professional.
