I am a regular visitor to msy, I purchase alot of parts from this store and it can get quite busy.Service can be troublesome with only one staff member at the front desk, parts are cheap.Parking is easy.

Love MSY. I have already reviewed the cannington store. Gave 5 stars but I did mentioned how the staff (2 guy) that were working that day could be a bit more friendly and how the store would be near perfect if that was the case. This store has it covered. The guys were friendlier and actually smiled. Simple hey"

I always get my computer parts from these guys, they are friendly and have great prices. I recommend them being a technician.

Nice staff, but very annoying that they don't take cash and thatitems are more expensive when ordering in store as opposed to online.

Jason was very helpful with helping my wife and I pick out an SSD to suit our needs. Price was also better than every other store as well. Very impressed and will shop here again.

Cheap prices.Different prices instore than on the web page.

Always the best pricing around for those who knows what to do. Not recommended for beginners. Website hours of operation still incorrect.

Absolutely terrible service. People working there seem to think that customers aren't worth their time and that just because they got good prices means they are allowed to get away with not helping someone.Been multiple times, and every time is very disappointing. Service is non existent and when asked for ANY form of advice, I always get the I don't know

The Balcatta branch could not care less about customer service. In their eyes it’s get you in and get you out.I called them to set aside some equipment for me apologising that I wouldn’t be able to get there until 5:00pm on the dot. I understand they close at 5:00pm however I called to specifically advise what I needed so I could walk in, pay and leave not holding them up any longer than necessary. I arrived at the store just at my clock hit 5:01 and the door was locked, lights on. I knocked and called out apologising saying that I had called on the phone and just wanted to collect the items. No one answered and after 5 minutes I returned to my car. Minutes later 3 people walk out and I gestured to one that I called to which he responded “I was open till 5”.I know I was 1 minute off the advised time but the fact they sat in the store whilst I knocked waiting for me to leave show their true nature.This is why it’s becoming easier to just shop online. Won’t return here again.
